We design and develop advanced silicon-photonics and co-packaged optical solutions that address the growing demands of high-performance computing, artificial intelligence, and cloud-scale systems. By integrating photonics, electronics, and packaging at the chiplet level, we aim to reduce system complexity while improving bandwidth density, power efficiency, and long-term scalability.
